Due to the situation of COVID19, we are implementing a few changes in our clinic to help combat and follow the guidelines that the government has set, in order for us to stay open and provide the necessary healthcare to all your pets.
To promote social distancing, we are no longer allowing clients into our clinic. When you come in for an appointment, we will bring your pet in to have them examined/treated, while communicating with you over the phone waiting outside.
Payments for ALL food purchases and treatments will be carried out over the phone. As such, we are temporarily not accepting cash as a payment option.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused; but as a clinic in the Burnaby community, we are trying to do our part in combating and preventing the spread of COVID19.
