Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We’re open late on weekdays to better serve busy pet parents in Burnaby and Vancouver. Appointments are available every day — please call, email, or use our online booking form to schedule your visit.
Directions and Parking
We’re located just across from Central Park in Metrotown, making us easy to reach from anywhere in Burnaby or nearby Vancouver neighbourhoods.
Free Parking Options
- Clinic Rear Lot: Drive south on Patterson Street and turn right into the alley. Our parking lot is directly behind the clinic.
- Patterson Street: Free street parking is available on both sides of Patterson Street. Please note that Patterson is not accessible from Kingsway; use Grange Street to enter from the north.
Metered Parking
- Grange Street: There are three paid parking spots directly in front of the clinic. These metered spaces are managed by the City of Vancouver and can be accessed via Grange Street heading west.
